The Myths
My Opinions:
Most of the "theories" are simply just plain stupid, beyond belief, have no real credibility and have mostly been proven wrong or the circumstantial evidence & research is just not demonstrated.
For example:
1) Prince Albert - not in a million years. There is irrefutable proof he was in Europe during most of that period.
2) Walter Sickert - Ms Cornwell's research started , I believe, with her simply proving her own theory. Still, everybody is entitled to their view.
The sort of book one buys for someone heartily disliked.
3) Dr Tumblety. Reading about Dr T is, in itself, very interesting and is to be recommended as he was a fascinating character. More so being American.
. But as JTR? About the same odds as Elvis. A read will soon show why he was not.
